Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock. If your order is canceled after payment has been made, we will coordinate with you regarding a refund.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.
- Bank Transfer: Payment is made directly to our bank account, after which you must send a screenshot of the payment receipt and order confirmation via WhatsApp for verification.
Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed after payment verification.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 2-4 working days across Pakistan, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Khas Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
